Reasonably priced venue, magnificent location close to the key sites and taxis all the time, really enjoyed our stay. All members of the staff were excellent. The room was large and the views of the mountains were great! Very good service was provided.

Easy parking in the area, near blue zone, in August in Cartagena you don't pay blue zone in the afternoon so I didn't have to worry about putting coins in (the rest of the year changes). Street and hotel quiet but a step from the center, in a walk of less than 5 minutes I was in the most lively area to make a picnic at night. The price, for an affordable price I could stay in a three star hotel, in a beach place it would have cost me two or three times more
The street where it is is quiet but a bit ugly. The distance to the dive sites, is halfway between Cabo de Palos and La Azohía, but to get to any of these sites I had a half hour drive. Anyway, if I booked a few days in advance there was no more room in any of these sites or if there was it was very expensive, so staying in Cartagena was a good option

- Breakfast buffet very correct:. There was even a small section of plates, cutlery, and some food for children (this is not usually found in higher category accommodations). Outstanding friendliness of the breakfast staff. Sublime potato omelette. - Detail to find in the room about personalized with tourist information, map, etc (I don't usually find this in higher category accommodations either). - The hotel is not in the centre but you can walk around without any problem and you can park in the blue zone (which you can manage with a mobile phone app) or park with a hotel.
You can't ask more from an old hotel like this and 3 stars. It is already known that this type of accommodation requires renovation of the facilities, furniture, etc. Whoever wants more should go to a superior hotel.

Really nice room and friendly staff. Good location for exploring the city & convenient parking,
However - very noisy overnight - don't stay at this hotel if you actually want to get a good night's sleep!!

The room was a good size and well-decorated, and had a private bathroom.

No doubt the cleaning is the best thing about the hotel, window closes perfectly and allows the room to be in total darkness, room was quite large and comfortable. location is very good, it is a little bit in "no man's land" but this means that walking is not far from the center and main streets of tourism and also it is near the main avenue that gives exit to the village, ideal, because if you go in summer you don't have many alternatives in the village and at the end you will have to use the car to look for other beaches around. There is plenty of parking, although it is a blue zone and an area for residents.
We have traveled in August, with a terrible heat, in the room is very good, last night the AC began to throw water and drip on the floor, bad thing is not only the puddle that we formed little by little if not the noise of dripping, terrible, thank goodness it was the last night. heat in the common areas was very suffocating. Even if you ask for a double bed, in the end what you have is two beds together... one of them made a terrible noise.

Surrounding landscape is not good, but it is a feature of Cartajena center (sometimes looks like right after WWII)

We stay at this hotel two or three times a year. I have always found it very good value for money compared with other Cartagena hotels. The reception staff speak good English and are very polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the terrace bar serves food and drinks until late. The hotel is well located and I look forward to my next visit.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the next room, including a tap running.

Welcoming and friendly hotel staff. Safe and secure parking for 13 Euro a day. Very large, clean and well air-conditioned room, although carpet was old and stained in the hall. Free internet, Wii and playstation to keep kids occupied.
The bed was not very comfortable. Very hard even though I like a firm bed.
